A calm base leaves room for everyday life.
A villa without excess
The project set out to organise a large family home without relying on decoration for effect. Proportion, a clear plan and materials that can work well over years mattered most.
Coherence instead of single effects
Individual rooms differ in function, yet were treated as parts of one house. Recurring materials and a quiet palette join them into a consistent whole.
